Professional Screw-Retained Implant Bridge Design
Designing a bridge on implants is vastly different from natural teeth. At India Dental Design, we understand that Passive Fit is the #1 requirement. Our Screw-Retained Implant Bridge designs are engineered to drop passively onto Multi-Unit Abutments (MUA) or Non-Engaging Ti-Bases, eliminating stress on the implants.
Whether it’s a 3-unit posterior bridge or a full-arch hybrid, we meticulously manage the connector dimensions and tissue compression to ensure a restoration that is both durable and hygienic.
🛠 Technical Specifications
- Interface: Non-Engaging Ti-Base or MUA (Multi-Unit Abutment).
- Screw Channels: Angulated (ASC) correction up to 25°.
- Tissue Surface: Convex/Ovate (Self-cleansing).
- Connector Area: Min 12mm² (Zirconia) / 16mm² (PMMA).
- Cantilevers: Calculated based on AP-Spread (if applicable).
- Cement Gap: Optimized for passive seating (0.030mm – 0.050mm).
Why Labs Trust Our Implant Bridges?
1. Passive Fit Guarantee
We check the path of insertion across all implants. If the implants are divergent, we design for Non-Engaging interfaces or Multi-Unit Abutments to ensure the bridge seats without binding.
2. Hygiene & Cleanability
Implant bridges shouldn’t be food traps. We design the basal surface (tissue side) to be convex and smooth, allowing the patient to pass Superfloss or Waterpik easily.
3. ASC (Angulated Screw Channel)
We can tilt the screw access holes to the lingual/palatal side. This avoids aesthetic compromise in the anterior zone and makes access easier in the posterior zone.
4. Connector Strength
Zirconia bridges break at the connectors. We strictly adhere to minimum cross-sectional area rules, ensuring your bridge survives the heavy occlusal forces of implant patients.
Digital Workflow
Seamless integration for complex cases:
- 📥 Step 1: Upload Scan Body scans. Identify the positions.
- 💻 Step 2: Specify MUA or Direct-to-Fixture. We select the correct library.
- ⚙️ Step 3: Receive ready-to-mill STL files with screw holes properly oriented.
Test Our Fit
Send us a small bridge case. We will design it for free so you can verify the passivity.
